About the SMYC
The Sacramento Model Yacht Club (SMYC) is a non-profit club that promotes the racing of radio-controlled (R/C) sailing yachts. Seven classes of model yachts are raced. Racing begins in February of each year and ends in November.
Each month, five heat races are usually held for each class to determine the monthly winner. Points are awarded and accrued to determine the year's winners in each class.

2013 Yearly dues is only $20.00.
No AMYA membership is required.
